Do you supply movies, shows or games?
Our packages supply you with all the equipment you need for your outdoor cinema experience except any movies. You can use your own DVDs/USBs on our Blu-ray DVD player, connect a laptop using our HDMI cord, connect a game console and play video games. You can use any device as long as the device uses HDMI connections.
Does it need to be dark to use the cinema package?
Yes, the BenQ projector included in all of our packages does have a very high brightness of 3600 Lumens & a Contrast Ratio of 20,000:1 but can only be used indoors during the day or outdoors after sunset.
Do you provide movie licensing?
No we do not, if you are watching movies at your private home, you do not require any movie licensing. However if you plan on having a public event you will need to organise movie licensing for the film you’re planning to watch. How do I book?
Simply fill out our online booking form and we will get back to you via email or phone ASAP to secure your date!
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a minimum $50.00 deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remainder of the booking is to be paid three days prior to your event date.
What payment methods are available?
When your booking has been confirmed, a payable invoice will be emailed to you which has secure Visa, Mastercard & PayPal services, alternatively bank transfer is also accepted.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made two weeks or more before the event date will be reimbursed any amount paid including booking deposit. Cancellations under two weeks from the event date will be reimbursed any amount paid minus the booking deposit. There will be no refund provided for cancellations on the event date. If cancellation is due to weather conditions, we can reschedule your booking date but please let us know at least 4 hours before the event booking time.
Is there a rain check policy?
We offer a 100% rain check guarantee! If the weather isn’t looking the best on the day of your event we can reschedule your booking date but please let us know at least 4 hours before the event booking time. We also recommend having an indoor/undercover alternative area in case of rain so that you can continue with your organised party.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free equipment drop off and pick up for all events within 40kms travel distance from Campbelltown, NSW 2560. If you are located outside of this, there will be an additional travel fee added onto the booking which will be dependant on the venue location. Personal pick up and drop off is available also from Campbelltown.
