Do you supply movies, shows or games?

Our packages supply you with all the equipment you need for the ultimate cinema experience except any movies. You can use your own DVDs/USBs on our Blu-ray DVD player, wirelessly stream Netflix or Youtube from our Google Chromecast, connect your laptop using our HDMI cord or connect a game console to play video games. Any device that connects with HDMI output can be used on our projectors.

Does it need to be dark to use the cinema package?

This depends on the weather, event location and environment. Our BenQ projectors have a very high brightness of up to 4000 Lumens and may only be visible during the day if setup in an enclosed area. If setup outdoors, proper visibility will occur after sunset.

Do you provide Public Movie Licensing?

No we do not, if you are watching movies at your private home this is not required, however if you plan on having a public event you will require a Public Screening License for the film you’re planning to stream. How do I book?

Simply fill out our online booking form and a quote will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. Any outstanding amount is due at completion of setup or earlier.

What payment methods are available?

Our bank details are listed on the bottom of our quotes for the booking deposit to be made. All outstanding amounts are due at completion of setup via Cash, EFTPOS (incurs 1.95% Surcharge) or Zip pay/Zip money.

How do I pay with Zip Pay / Zip Money?

When submitting a new booking form, please note you would like to use Zip services so we can follow the relevant process.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than three weeks from the event date will be refunded any amount paid less the non-refundable booking deposit. There will be no refund provided for cancellations less than three weeks up until the event date however a credit note can be issued for future bookings. If cancellation is due to weather conditions, we can reschedule your booking date but please let us know at least 4 hours before the event booking time.

Is there a rain check policy?

We offer a 100% rain check guarantee! If the weather isn’t looking the best on the day of your event we can reschedule your booking date but please let us know at least 4 hours before the event booking time. We also recommend having an indoor/undercover alternative area in case of rain so that you can continue with your event.

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free equipment drop off and pick up for all events within 40kms travel distance from Campbelltown, NSW. If you are located outside of this, there will be an additional travel fee & any applicable toll fees added onto the quote at time of booking.
